Firecracker Fat Bomb

The Millennium Falcon is approximately one serving size.

I like to think of these as Mayan Chocolate with a kick.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Cacao Butter (I used this kind.)
1/2 cup Organic Cacao Powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper, Ground (You can use more or less, depending on your spice preference.)
2 tbsp Honey Tree, Sugar-Free Honey Substitute
1 squeeze Great Value, No Calorie Liquid Stevia
2 oz. Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup (I actually used 3 pumps)

Directions:
  1. Melt coconut oil and cacao butter together over low heat.
  2. Add all the rest of the ingredients minus the cayenne. Cook for 15 minutes to develop the chocolate flavor.
  3. Stir in cayenne.
  4. Taste. Make sure it is sweet enough, spicy enough according to your preferences.
  5. Pour into candy molds and refrigerate until hardened. (Or freeze if you are in a hurry.)

Makes about 8 servings. Which comes out to 1.6 Net Carbs. (There are 2.5 g sugar alcohols and 1.1 g fiber.) All of mine are different sizes because I use various candy molds. I weigh mine with this food scale.

Fun fact: Cacao butter boosts serotonin levels and lots of other great things. If you want to learn more click here.
