Cashew Butter Brownies
2 cups cashew butter
2 eggs
1 cup sugar free maple syrup
2 tsps vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup Swerve confectioners
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/8 tsp salt
2 cups sugar free chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix your wet ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Mix your dry ingredients together in large bowl except chocolate chips.
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
Bake for 35 mins.
