Easy Air Fryer Keto Sopes


Ingredients for Sopes:
1 1/2 cups Supremo Queso Chihuahua Shredded Quesadilla Cheese
3 Tbsp. Cream Cheese
3/4 cup almond flour (I used this kind)

2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
10 drops OOO Flavors Corn Bread (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees.
2. Melt quesadilla cheese and cream cheese for 1 minute in a microwavable bowl. Stir. If not completely melted microwave for an additional 30 seconds until it can be mixed smoothly. Add in flavor drops.
3. Add in almond flour, baking powder and 1 beaten egg.
4. Divide dough into 4 to 8 rounds. (Depends on how thick you want them. Wet hands with water to keep dough from sticking.)
5. Place on parchment paper in air fryer. Spray with avocado oil. Cook for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
Top with your preference and carb count. I found some Moe's Shredded Fajita chicken at Wal-Mart and used that. I also added some white queso dip, hot sauce and avocado.
